Flagger Selection

If you're not ready and willing to take a drug test at any time, please don't waste our time. If that's a non-issue for you, please read on.

To qualify as a Flagger Force Associate you must:

• Show a sense of responsibility for the public and workers.
• Possess average intelligence.
• Be in good physical condition, including sight, mobility and hearing.
• Be able to show mental alertness and the ability to react in an emergency.
• Be able to learn safe temporary traffic control practices.
• Be courteous, but firm in your communication manner.
• Be flexible in your work assignment as our workload is weather dependent.
