| Flagger Selection
To qualify as a Flagger Force Associate you must:
- Show a sense of responsibility for the public and workers.
- Possess average intelligence.
- Be in good physical condition, including sight, mobility and
hearing.
- Be able to show Mental alertness and the ability to react in
an emergency.
- Be able to learn safe temporary traffic control practices
- Be courteous, but firm in your communication manner.
- Be flexible in your work assignment as our workload is weather
dependent.
