| Flagger Training Once you have been selected as a Flagger Force associate, you must participate in one of our training sessions. These 4 hour (free, non paid) sessions are designed to provide you with a classroom and demonstration learning atmosphere to enable you to conduct temporary traffic control services, efficiently and safely. Our Certified Flagger Instructors will guide you through the necessary training to become ATSSA (American Traffic Safety Services Association) and/or PennDOT trained.
