Quality Assurance Program
We currently have 8 Quality Assurance (QA) staffers. Like our First Call program, they're staged throughout our service area for rapid response and maximum coverage. They're at jobsites for morning safety checks. They make mid-day revisions for changing conditions. And they're first on the scene for emergency resolution and incident management. Every Flagger Force truck carries an incident Kit, complete with cameras and comprehensive reporting resources. But when incidents are complicated, our QA specialists are there to ensure that everything is done by-the-book. Our reputation depends on it.
Our field staff is good. Our QA specialists make them even better.
At Flagger Force, safety is our number one priority. In fact, it’s the entire basis of our business. Our employees are charged with protecting the safety of your employees. And we train them to accomplish that mission while ensuring their own personal safety as well.
