Refer people for crew member positions to earn as much extra cash as you can! 

We are looking for the best talent to work for Flagger Force, so why not get our best employees to help us! We are looking to hire crew members to help us better respond to client demands and help keep our communities moving.

First, refer a person interested in becoming a crew member to FlaggerForce.com/Apply. Second, we need you to complete the referral bonus application. Be sure to complete it by the time the interested person is hired.

After the person(s) referred becomes a crew member and has worked 80 hours, the new employee will receive $100 and the existing employee will receive $200. Once the new employee has worked 300 hours, they will receive an additional $100 and the existing employee will receive an additional $200.You can earn as much as you want since there is no limit to the number of people you can refer!

    Terms & Conditions:

    • This is an ongoing program!
    • Flagger Force employees (office or field) are eligible to participate in this program.
    • Referral must reside in an active recruiting county for consideration.
    • After the person(s) referred becomes a crew member and has worked 80 hours, the new employee will receive $100 and the existing employee will receive $200. Once the new employee has worked 300 hours, they will receive an additional $100 and the existing employee will receive an additional $200.
    • There is no limit to the number of people you can refer!
    • Individual who referred candidate to the company must provide candidate’s first and last name and county where they live.
    • Individual who is referred to the company must disclose this information during the recruiting process before their date of hire.
    • Individual who referred candidate to the company must submit the referral application by the time the person referred is hired or they will not qualify to receive the bonus.
    • Candidate referred to company must accept a position as a crew member to qualify for the program.
    • Candidate referred to company must work the identified hours to qualify for the incentive.
    • Individual who referred candidate must still be employed with the company at either payout time to receive incentive.
    • Rehires are not eligible for the bonus.
    • Tracking of candidate and employee will be monitored by the Field Employee Recruiting department.
    • Both referred candidate and Flagger Force employee must be in active standing at time of payout.
      • If an employee (referred employee or individual who referred an employee) are no longer with the company, suspended, or otherwise, within the hours required, they will be ineligible for the program.
      • Program participants have 6 months from their date of hire to meet the hours requirements for bonus payouts.
