While on the job, it is best to keep your cell phone in a pocket or jacket that you have nearby. By using a phone while working, you are opening yourself up to potential injuries such as falling into an open ditch or worse. AVOID DISTRACTIONS Not following best practices when lifting heavy equipment such as cones or barrels can cause injuries to your back and neck. You should always lift with your knees and not your back, limit the amount of materials you are lifting, and be sure you have your partner nearby.
