Without him, there would have been complete chaos. When I called Flagger Force to recognize this individual, I came to find out his name is Steve Lincoln. They recognized the potential danger and held traffic until she crossed the street. It is great to have contact with her, especially with her previous experience in the field. Barnabas provided him water, food, and kept him at ease. — Bekah Miller, Flagger Force human resources generalist Deborah Harrison and James Malec were extremely professional and kept our work zone perfect throughout the day. Our orders can be a bit confusing as we change locations and schedules regularly. It is very important that we keep the same crew leads to make it easier to get us started efficiently in the morning. I want to commend Karen Lash for fixing issues several times for me and others here at our company. No matter what the issue, she always comes up with a resolution and I certainly appreciate it. Also, Herman Black has been a crew lead for us for almost a year now. He is a real professional, hard worker, and very knowledgeable in this line of work.
