In January we will be switching to a new self-service provider where you will be able to view your personal information, pay stubs, and W-2 forms. This new system will allow you to update some of your information as well, saving you a trip to the branch with paper forms! Look for an email from us explaining more about the new process, as well as new login credentials, in December. Please take a few moments to log into your Inovaparyroll. com account to verify your address. If it’s not correct, please complete an address change form at your branch by Dec. 28, 2017 to ensure we have the correct address for your W-2. We cannot guarantee that any changes made after that date can be processed in time for your W-2. FIRST ROUND | OCTOBER UPDATE Implemented Monday, October 9, 2017 (starting with work done on October 9) THIRD ROUND | JANUARY 2018 Implemented Monday, January 1, 2017 NEW Policy Changes Accounting Update Standard Travel Time • Employees will now be eligible for travel time for trips in excess of 1 hour (instead of the previous 1.5 hour). This will still be calculated using Google Maps. Additional PPE • A backup set of PPE (vest and pants) is available to crew leaders and advanced crew leaders. • A backup set of PPE (vest and pants) will be given at the newly introduced Crew Member Development Training course. SECOND ROUND | NOVEMBER UPDATE Implemented Monday, November 6, 2017 (starting with work done on November 6) Towable Storage at Residence • If an employee stores an arrow panel (AP) at their house and is scheduled for a job that requires an AP, they will receive a $20 flat rate for transporting/storing the AP at their home for each day the AP is assigned to them. Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy Enhancement • Field employees with less than two years of service will accrue PTO as under the current policy up to December 31 of their second anniversary year. • Annually, on January 1 following completion of two years of service, field staff will receive 80 hours of PTO for use during the calendar year and will no longer be part of the accrual process. • Example: Joe Dokes’s start date is 04/17/2015. 2017–2018 Stephanie Steffy Scholarship Award We are proud to announce that Chad Matney, IT engineer from our Richmond, Virginia Operations and Training Facility, is this year’s recipient of the Stephanie Steffy Scholarship Award. Chad is going to grad school and studying to receive his master of science degree in cybersecurity and information assurance.Congratulations, Chad! Cancellations • A flat rate will be paid to employees if a client cancels within 1.5 hours of start time • $30 for crew members • $50 for crew leaders and advanced crew leaders • The “no overlapping hours limitation” for canceled jobs will be eliminated as long as the canceled employee is immediately available for another assignment if one is available.
