With the assistance of this new software, we can delay assigning resources until we receive more orders — thereby working toward acheiving our goal of more consistent staffing on each job and reducing travel time to your assignment. The 2018 Incentive Program launched April 1 and will run until Nov. 30, 2018. Rankings are based upon on-time arrivals, work zone, setup, SmithDriving score, and vehicle maintenance. Aim for platinum by arriving early to the meeting location, driving safely, and setting up a great work site! Two Points of Entry! You must have been a CL or ACL by April 1 to qualify for the 8-month program. But, if you’re a CL or ACL by Aug. 1, you will qualify for the 4-month program. Accept job assignments to meet the minimum hourly requirement of 1000 hours for the 8-month period and 500 hours for the 4-month period. The OSC is building our capacity to continue our support for field teams and clients. It exists to improve customer service for all. Some Flagger Force functions will be centralized in the OSC, including order-taking and dispatch. Meanwhile, we are making a strong effort to increase our local support. More area supervisors and field specialists are being hired and our local facilities will further develop support services for you, including increased training, recruiting and employee support, and warehouse/equipment resources. Our goal is top-level service.
