The auto attendant system allows us to be efficient and responsive in how we address client requests and employee needs. By separating these channels, we can assign our internal employees to the critical needs of both our customers and employees. You can reach the Operations Services Center (OSC) at 717.461.7650. To provide clarity, the following definitions have been made for the auto attendant menu options: Press 2: Job Assignment information includes questions about future job assignments, concerns about current job assignments, truck movement outside of the job assignment, etc. Press 3: Report an Emergency, Incident, or FF Equipment Damage information includes moving vehicle incidents, injuries or potential injuries, circle of safety identified damage to company assets, etc. Press 4: Payroll information requests include questions about past payroll, access to Kronos, hours paid discrepancies, address changes, etc. Press 5: Benefits or HR needs include requests for time off, questions about attendance policies, paid time off (PTO), unpaid time off (UPTO), incentive plans, medical, life, 401K benefits, etc. Press 6: Technology related questions include access or downloading assistance for various Flagger Force technology products, including support of Flagger Force mobile devices. Press 7: Truck issues include fuel card questions, questions regarding support from Road Side Assistance, service-related questions regarding maintenance needs, etc. ITZ Streams With all the amazing content that has been shared on ITZ, we don’t want your post to get lost! Here’s an explanation of each stream’s function and how you can use it to your advantage: Jobs—the OSC utilizes this stream to track employee availability to fill open orders, emergency jobs, replacements, and night and weekend work. When you are looking for work, you can post your availability here or comment on open job posts. Anyone can post and comment on this stream. Flagger Force Connect—we use this stream to share company updates, industry updates, and collect your feedback. Only admins can post here, but everyone can comment. Water Break—this is the most open of the streams and is for sharing personal thoughts, funny tidbits, and other experiences to help us all get to know each other better. Anyone can post and comment. Safety & Operations—on this stream, we want people to keep the focus on topics that are about safety or the work you perform for your job. Ask questions related to your job, seek help from your coworkers, and share safety and quality messages to inspire your fellow employees. Anyone can post and comment here. Training—when Flagger Force needs to update you about policy, standard operating procedures, changes in PPE or state standards, etc., this is the stream where that information is posted. Only lead instructors can add posts here, but anyone can comment. The Rollover Hours policy allows payment of the hours received when a job terminates based on the client’s contractual minimum AND payment of the hours worked on the new job—even when they overlap! How do you rollover your hours? Step 1: IDENTIFICATION If the job you were on is terminated by the client and the OSC asks to put you on another job that day, please accept and keep our capacity responsive. Step 2: APPROVAL After you accepted the additional job, the OSC manager approves the rollover. The approval code is entered into our systems and used by the payroll team to track the hours. Step 3: PAYROLL The payroll team processes the rollover hours and your paycheck gets bigger. Please note, under no circumstances will rollover hours be paid as back pay. The hard hat safety pledge is a commitment to be the best leader you can be and to continuously follow our VVM. These pledges are made once a crew leader or advanced crew leader receives their yellow, full-brim hard hat. Do you have what it takes to take the pledge?!
