Email subscribe@flaggerforce.com Expanding the Communities We Serve This past August, Flagger Force President, CEO and Co-Founder, Michele Doner, traveled to Okela, Kenya, with the nonprofit group Impact Kenya Initiative. This nonprofit aims to break the cycle of poverty in Kenya, thereby improving the health and welfare of local communities. The organization concentrates on infrastructure improvement, healthcare, research, leadership education, and environmental conservation in Kenya. Michele’s efforts focused on building a dormitory for young women who attend a local school, and educating rising business leaders through a professional development program called Managing from the Inside Out—a course provided by Flagger Force Academy.
