I would also like to recognize Brian Marley for showing leadership and assisting in the coordination of the setup. – Adam Nugent, Race Coordinator, YWCA, York Today I had the opportunity to work with Kevin Woodley, Cecil Jones, John Beckwith, and Joseph Wiggins on our site. They all stayed out of their vehicles and did a tremendous job with the very difficult traffic control setup they were faced with. Their setup and communications were great. Although the day was stressful and difficult, they handled it like pros. She definitely set us up for success and made the ordering process smooth for the client. Wonderful work! – Ricky Ueberroth, Assistant Branch Manager, Flagger Force I wanted to recognize the staff at our Baltimore Operations & Training Facility. The other day, a contact at Verizon reached out to the branch to place an order for a crew, and this was his first time calling in. The Operations Specialists were able to let him know what he needed, which left him impressed with our customer service. He also shared with me that our setup that day was perfect, allowing traffic to flow smoothly. He credited Daniel Walker, Nicholas Genini, Christopher Lathroum, and Gage Urie for a job well done. – Mark Bender, Director of Finance, Flagger Force The crew of Timothy Fitzgerald, Jerry McIntyre, and Anmaire Whalen did a great job today. They had high awareness of safety and the needs of the residents of the area we were working in. As soon as they arrived, they worked efficiently to set up the site and stayed alert all day. – Curtis Smith, Foreman, Harlan Electric Company The crew of Brenda Hunt, Lynell Whitener, and Derrick Gibbs did an outstanding job today on our work zone. They set everything up perfectly and were very professional. – Steve Krizan, Foreman, BGE Underground Today, I had the pleasure of holding a luncheon for some of our excellent employees who currently are Smith Driver certified: Kevin Apthorp, Nathaniel Burns, Ernest Burnsworth, John Collins, Clifford McClure, Elmer Miller, Rachael Pedder, Cody Shaw, Katherine Smith, and Margaret “Jane” Updegraff. These ten individuals have applied their Smith Driving training and have no alerts for two months or more!
