b'W E K E E P O U R C O M M U N I T I E S M O V I N G Diving in to Our VVM: Leadership & Integrity Leadership, Integrity, Respect, and Trustfour words at the core of everything we do at Flagger Force. Our values were easyto identify since they are a reflection of who we are personally and professionally. We wouldnt be the company we are today without them. In our fast-paced work environments, it is easy for the work to feel mechanical. Its important to remember our VVM during those times so we dont become complacent. Were all familiar with the values in our VVM, but what do these four words really mean? Where do we find personal connections to them? We will dive deeper into each one of our values exploring the definition, what it means to Flagger Force, and how we connect to each. Lets start with Leadership and Integrity. INTEGRITYspeaking and living the truth in an authentic manner. Integrity is just thatconsistently aligning our actions with our personal principles. Through life, the opportunity to uphold our integrity is constant. Acting in a true-to-self manner helps others know that they can depend on us. Our work comes with a lot of trust. Trust that as industry leaders, we will do the right thingeven when no one is watching. How do you relate to this value? Have youwitnessed an example of integrity in the field? Do the right thing even when no one is looking. Its very easy for employees to get complacent when working the same job multiple days in a row. On the flip side, it is also easy to cut corners when working a complex setup. In both scenarios, it is important to do the right thing, and if you dont know what that is, ask!Tianna Mongold, field specialist4|FLAGGER FORCE CULTURE'
