We’ve accomplished so much, thanks to all of YOUR hard work and dedication to keeping our communities moving. We appreciate you and all of the work that you do — we promise it does not go unnoticed. Together we raised over $ 42,000 for the Flagger Force Hardship Foundation, which goes directly to help our team members in need. This year, our volunteers have given back over 400 hours of service to our communities, partnering with organizations such as the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and many other local support organizations and charities. We listened to you. What you told us resulted in the creation of our first ever field leader incentive program, along with important policy changes: arrow panel storage compensation, enhanced travel time reimbursement, updates to technology, and much more.
