Find the right person with the Area Supervisor Portal! Our new tool stays up-to-date and provides the area supervisor’s name, email, phone number, and county of responsibility. It’s Easy to Use! • Go to FlaggerForce.com/supervisor • Enter your last name and employee ID (found on your flagger ID card) Turn on Location Services When location services are turned on, the area supervisor will automatically populate. Otherwise, search by zip code or by state and county drop-down menus. Fleet Update Spirit Area Supervisor Portal Tablet Mounts: ACLs and CLs are now issued tablet mounts. The mount attaches to the windshield and secures the tablet. Be hands free when using GPS. See your local warehouse coordinator. The enhanced Field Leader Incentive Program will run from April 1 – Nov. 30, 2018. Rankings will again be based upon on-time arrivals, vehicle maintenance, work zone setup, and SmithDriving score, though payouts will be increased. Aim for platinum by arriving early to the meeting location, driving safely, and setting up a great work site! 2018 Enhanced Incentive Program 8 Months | April – Nov. Platinum Award | $1500 Top 10% of performers will earn Gold Award | $1250 Next 15% of performers will earn Silver Award | $750 Next 15% of performers will earn Bronze Award | $500 Next 10% of performers will earn 4 Months | Aug. – Nov. Platinum Award | $750 Top 10% of performers will earn Gold Award | $625 Next 15% of performers will earn Silver Award | $375 Next 15% of performers will earn Bronze Award | $250 Next 10% of performers will earn Two Points of Entry! You must be a CL or ACL by April 1 to quality for the 8-month program. But, if you’re a CL or ACL by Aug. 1, you will qualify for the 4-month program. Accept job assignments to meet the minimum hourly requirement of 1000 hours for the 8-month period and 500 hours for the 4-month period.
