They work directly with clients to take orders, confirm jobs, and ensure accuracy of orders when they are placed. Sometimes they handle multiple orders at the same time. Multitasking is an important skill for our Client Specialists. When a client raises an issue with the staff, they must diligently work to find a resolution that solves the problem, while maintaining Flagger Force’s dedication to safety, and is mutually beneficial for our field employees. Putting all the elements together is not easy, but our capability to find good matches each day is a key reason our clients continue to choose Flagger Force. Daphne Weidman, a Client Specialist from the Harrisburg facility, has experienced this firsthand. “Since I work early in the morning, we usually handle client emergency orders and make sure our employees have what they need to complete the job.” With our team of dedicated Client Specialists like Daphne, client issues are able to be resolved promptly and field employees are safely equipped to do their job. Overnight Operations Based out of our Harrisburg facility, the Overnight Operations team confirms jobs for the next day, coordinates client emergencies, and makes sure resources are available for the entire Flagger Force footprint — all while most of us are still sleeping. One of the biggest challenges they face is being able to reach field employees in the middle of the night to resolve urgent situations. “We have a great Overnight Operations team who works closely with all of the Flagger Force branches to exceed our clients’ needs,” said Bill Bradley, Off- Shift Manager of the Harrisburg facility. “Priority number one is to make sure our field employees are matched with the right resources and have the proper skill set for the next day’s jobs throughout the Mid- Atlantic region.” A DAY IN THE LIFE | 7
