How do I place a traffic control order?

We make it easy to place an order in the way that works best for your team. Orders can be placed by phone, email, through our website form, or via our Client Portal. Choose what best fits your workflow:

1) Client Portal (fastest for returning clients)

What information do I need to place an order?

It is easy to place an order! Please provide us with your worksite address, start date/time, scope of work, and billing info, including relevant job numbers.

What if I need a crew today?

Our goal is to be there and ready to work when you need us. With local, full-time trained crews across the eastern third of the U.S., we can often mobilize same-day for urgent needs, including emergency and storm response.

Our Client Portal supports both urgent and future-scheduled jobs.

We’ll confirm location, scope, traffic conditions, and any permit/police detail needs, then dispatch the right team and equipment. Availability depends on location, scope, and regulatory requirements; however, you’ll receive a precise, honest ETA and continuous updates.

What happens after I place an order?

Our team ensures a trained crew is scheduled and ready for work. You’ll receive a detailed order confirmation. If your order is for a future date, you’ll be contacted only if an issue arises.

Can I request the same crew again?

Yes. If you’ve worked with a crew you’d like to request again, let us know when you place your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

What qualifies as an emergency order?

An emergency order is a situation where immediate traffic control is needed to protect people and secure a scene. Common examples include storm damage, downed utility lines, gas leaks, water main breaks, sinkholes/road washouts, serious crash scenes, or requests from police/fire/utility crews. In these cases, we mobilize local, full-time trained crews to establish compliant, Safety-Driven^® work zones and support incident response.

How do I access the portal?

You can access the Client Portal through the Flagger Force website using your secure client login credentials.

Existing users: Log in using your established username and password.
New users: Access requests can be set up through your Flagger Force contact or by reaching out to our support team.
